Private Placement of 2,850,000 shares of CIE Automotive, S.A. In May 2007, Nmás1 Agencia de Valores, S.A.. and JPMorgan Cazenove Limited conducted a private placement of 2,850,000 shares in CIE Automotive, S.A. among qualified investors resident both in Spain and abroad, at a price of 8.50 euros per share, with the aim of improving and diversifying the company’s shareholder base. The participation share percentage as a result of the sale is 64.77%.
On the sixth of March 2007, 4,429,620 participation and corporate shares in CIE Bioenergía were purchased at the nominal value of one Euro each, representing 19.5% of the company’s share capital, amounting to 6.6 million euros.
